Demonstrations
The demo is a limited evaluation of an AI answering system. It is not your business’s live receptionist, does not represent an agreement with a business whose website is used, and does not place orders, confirm appointments, or transfer to that business. Do not use it for emergencies or professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your information and permission
Provide information you are entitled to use. Review imported website text before approving it; public information may be incomplete or outdated. Do not submit private customer records, payment-card details, health records, passwords, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Request a demo call only to a number you control or are authorized to use. A separate affirmative consent and number verification are required for an AI call. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize recurring automated marketing calls. Consent to a demo call is not a condition of purchase.
Business search
Business and address search, when available, uses Google Maps Platform and is subject to the Google Maps terms of service. Confirm the correct business and website before continuing. A listing does not establish an affiliation with AnswelAI or guarantee that its information is current.
AI limitations
AI can misunderstand speech or give an incorrect answer. A successful demonstration does not guarantee future accuracy, availability, revenue, or compatibility with a particular carrier or calendar. Verify important information and use a human fallback. Demo calls are limited in duration and may be unavailable while integrations are being connected.
Pilots and paid service
A pilot request is an inquiry, not a purchase. No service is activated and no payment is taken through this form. Paid service starts only after a separate written order confirms the location, scope, setup fee, monthly price, included usage, overages, integrations, support, billing period, cancellation terms, and data-handling arrangements. Website prices are proposed launch offers until included in that agreement.
Customers remain responsible for approving business facts, arranging lawful phone routing, providing an authorized staff contact, and promptly communicating changes. Live booking and ordering require an approved, tested integration.
Acceptable use
No unsolicited automated calling, impersonation, harassment, fraud, scraping of restricted content, security testing without permission, or attempts to access another customer’s information. We may decline or suspend demonstrations that violate these terms or create an operational risk.
Privacy, availability, and changes
See our privacy notice for how requests are handled. The demo is provided for evaluation without a service-level guarantee. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes apply prospectively; existing paid agreements control paid services.
